This policy explains what personal data the hrkita.com website collects, for what purpose, and how you can exercise your rights under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Data collected: your name, company, email, phone number, and the message you send through the demo form. The PPh 21 and BPJS calculators do not store the figures you enter.

Purpose: to follow up on your demo request and questions. Data is not sold or shared with third parties other than the email provider we use for internal notifications.

Retention: the sender's IP address on a form is deleted automatically after 30 days. Contact data is kept for as long as the sales conversation continues, and for no more than 24 months after the last contact.

Your rights: you may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing the address on this page. We reply within 7 business days.
