Can contract employees be assessed before renewal?
Yes, that is the main flow: contract evaluations are scheduled before the contract end date, approved by the manager, and summarised for the renewal decision.
Are there automatic OKRs or KPIs?
No. This module runs the appraisal cycle. KPI and competency design is something we deliver as a consulting service.
