HRKita Core HR & Payroll
Payroll that complies with TER, closes on time, and can be revised without damaging data.
From employee master data to the bank transfer file, in one flow where every step is recorded. Pay schemes are approved before use, PPh 21 TER is calculated inside the system, and revisions run through a versioned workbook, not manual edits.
What is inside
- Employee master data: personal details, family, documents, career history, contracts
- New-hire requests and data changes with tiered approval
- PKWT contracts: schedules, expiry reminders, renewal evaluations
- Pay schemes: submission, approval, bulk adjustment per depot, upload history
- Regular payroll and THR, revisions through a workbook, and a closing calendar that locks the period
- PPh 21 TER (PMK 168/2023): TER tables, PKP, and PTKP versioned inside the system
- Incentives, BPJS deductions, and other allowances uploaded per period in a format you can export again
- Employee loans with automatic instalments in payroll
- Payslips per employee and transfer files in the bank's format
- Audit trail: who changed what, when, and from which value
What you need to know
BPJS contributions are currently calculated outside the system and uploaded per period; the BPJS calculator on this site helps you prepare them. Payslips are printed by the HR team; delivery to employees through a portal is on the roadmap.
Who uses it
The HR/HRGA manager for the closing, finance for the bank file, and the owner for management reports and the per-account summary.

What people usually ask before a demo
How are pay schemes migrated when moving to HRKita?
There is a dedicated migration path: pay schemes are uploaded once into the active scheme without an approval flow, with an upload history you can download again.
Can pay be revised after closing?
Yes, through a versioned correction workbook that you download, fix, and upload again. Every correction is recorded per employee.
Can one payroll cover several companies?
Yes. Pay is processed per company and per period, with a summary per bank account and a combined management report.
